How do I place an order?

Select your item, choose your size, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Welcome to the archive.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us within 2 hours at Support@krowestudios.com. After that, your order may already be in motion.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship domestically within Egypt, limited to Cairo and Giza at the moment, full domestic coverage will be available soon!

Are delivery charges refundable?

Shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping on average will take 3-5 business days, unless otherwise mentioned. Every package is sent with care, but transit delays can happen.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

We can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location

Can I inspect the package while the courier is still here?

Yes, you are allowed to open the package and check the item, if it wasn't to your liking you can give the package back to the courier and pay the shipping fee.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Return fee is 80 EGP. Please beware that refunds are not available to clearance and sale items. Contact us at Support@krowestudios.com to begin the return process.

Exchange policy

Exchanges are not allowed. if you want to exchange an item, simply reach out to us and request a return, then if the item you want is in stock place a new order for it.

What if my item arrives damaged?

While we take great care in packaging and shipping our products, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution.

How do I find my size?

Each product has a detailed size guide on its page. While we do our best to provide accurate size charts and descriptions for each product, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit for everyone.

Will items be restocked?

Most drops are limited. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. To never miss out, sign up for early access.

Are your pieces unisex?

Yes, Unless otherwise mentioned. most pieces are designed to be genderless, style knows no binary.
